The staff was absolutely amazing and the food was great

We opted for the all-inclusive option and thoroughly enjoyed the food and beverage options available — especially the massive breakfast buffet! The staff throughout the hotel goes above & beyond to make you feel welcome & taken care of from the smooth check-in process to wandering through the resort to poolside service to mealtime. Even as a couple, we enjoyed quiet pockets of time and the adult pool. While the resort is family-friendly, it didn’t feel like a resort just geared to families which was nice for us. Must-do: Be sure to watch the sunset with a cocktail at the rooftop adults-only bar before heading off to dinner. Beautiful views and nice chairs to lounge in. Try the “Trouble in Paradise” cocktail with gin, pineapple, egg white, and cinnamon. Wow! Second tip: It’s worth it to upgrade your room to ocean view and enjoy late afternoons from your hammock on your balcony. Time of visit tip: May was a great time to visit. Weather was still warm without being too hot & humid. The resort also wasn’t crowded at all which made getting day-of reservations easy. If you come during a busier time, make your dining reservations well in advance — especially at DAO!

overall ambience and rooms r really good ..food is good ..bar area opp the front desk is only good ..rest all the bar counter serve u most of the mocktail and cocktails with more water and not good …central area water is also pretty great

Premium service, big and clean pools, amazing food, special thanks to pool waiter Luis, family friendly enviroment, relaxed atmosphere, not crowded like in Zona hoteliera, very little sargassum in July.

This is our 3rd time staying with this company. We stay in Puerto, Cabos and now Cancun. This is THE ONLY way to spend your vacation in Mexico. From the property to the style, cleanliness, lobby, SERVICE, rooms, food, and pools, everything is perfect. No matter where we go we always compare it to this hotel. Nothing can compare to it. It is that good. I stayed in 2 different 5-star hotels in Cancun, and they were absolutely horrible compared to Garza Blanca. Don’t think twice, when you’re in Mexico book with this company your stay, you won’t regret it. You won’t find something better- guaranteed

The location of the breakfast facility was central and easy to locate. The selection of food was diverse and very good. My suite was amazing, very spacious and clean. My private pool was beautiful. I plan to return for a longer stay soon!

Clean, well maintained and incredible staff. I didn’t see one bug, literally NOT one the entire 5 days. It was 88 degrees and 85% humidity. Hotel and room set up is great and no need for shuttles or anything like that like some Cancún resorts. Everything is 2-5 min away from each other

I loved the service of the employees. I felt loved they even have someonr to clean yr sunglasses. The drinks were very nice and the room was clean and modern.

The finishes are really nice and the pool water is warm so when you jump in is not uncomfortable
